Description

It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this solicitation to provide refuse collection at Acadia National Park, Schoodic Division, Winter Harbor, Maine and Detachment Alpha, Prospect Harbor, Maine. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a firm fixed price contract. ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS MUST REGISTER IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE PRIOR TO AWARD OF A CONTRACT. QUOTERS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT FAIURE TO REGISTER IN THE DOD CENTRALC ONTRACTOR REGISTRATION DATABASE MAY RENDER YOUR FIRM INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Replies to this notice are requested from NAICS 5562111, Solid Waste Collection. The issuing office for the solicitation is Officer in Charge of Construction, NAVFAC Contracts, P. O. Box 128, Winter Harbor, ME 04693. The point of contact for this solicitation is Allison D. Tibbetts at (207) 259-8242. This acquisition will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The official access to the solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil on or about 7 MAR 03.
