- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for the services of a contractor to provide as needed on-call response services in the states of New Mexico, Arizona and the Helium Facility in Texas and the Forest Service Southwestern Regional Office (FS) in New Mexico, Arizona and the Grasslands of Texas and Oklahoma for compliance with environmental laws for the protection of human health and the environment including Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and the Federal Facilities Compliance Act (FFCA). This is a 100% Total Small Business set aside. The solicitation documents will be available electronically at http://ideasec.nbc.gov or http://fedbizops.gov on or about March 7, 2003. Prospective companies are required to visit the website(s) and download the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be mailed.
