Description

NA The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers-Baltimore District intends to award a Sole Source contract to the University of Virginia Continuing Education Division, 104 Midmont Lane, PO Box 3697, Charlottesville, VA 22903 for the joint development and implementation of the Advanced Polygraph Studies Program on a Firm-Fixed Price basis. The University will be required to conduct a four-week course limited to 20 students, provide course materials, classroom and study facilities. The university will provide 90 contact hours for at least six-semester hours of graduate level instruction for up to 20 experienced forensic psychophysiologists. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only ite ms meeting the qualification requirements will be considered for award. See note 22.
