Battise, Contract Specialist, telephone number 256-955-9221 or Fax 256-842-6108. PRON: AX 3F5098AX, NSN: 3120-01-163-7086, PN: 7-113100150, Quantity 94 each applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O. B. Destination with a quantity of 94 each going to Corpus Christi, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 94 each, 270 Days After Contr act Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 94 each, 180 DACA . Required deliver with Atlternate II clause is 94 each, 225 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This ite m is restricted to the approved small businesses The Purdy Corporation., Cage Code: 15152 and W&G Machine Co. Inc., Cage Code: 33682 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offe rors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation wi ll not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
