PRON : AX3Q0136AX, NSN: 9390-01-445-9637, PN: 8545, Quantity 50 rolls applicable to the OH-58D Airframe. F.O. B. Destination with a quantity of 50 rolls going to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 50 rolls, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item i s restricted to the approved source Minnesota Mining and Mfg Co., Cage Code: 68352 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specificati ons. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
