Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Contracting Agency intends to solicit CMS Field Products/O.I. Analytical, 2148 Pelham Pkwy, Pelham, Alabama 35124 to acquire air monitoring instrumentation based on MINICAMS, a pro prietary technology. The requirement is for 4 each Series 3001 Field MINICAMS, 4 each New, CHROM-LINK air monitoring data acquisition and control systems, 4 each Mass Flow Controllers, and 4 each 9-pin Printers, including cable and ink cartridge all in s upport of real time monitoring for chemical agents in support of Aberdeen Chemical Destruction Facility. The required instrumentation is desired by 31 March 2003. CMS Field Products is being solicited pursuant to 10.U.S.C. 2304?(1)(FAR Part 6.302-1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0320 issued as an RFQ and will close on 26 February 2003. See NOTE 22
