- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepare in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F61775-03-Q-2114 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This acquisition is unrestricted. Schedule of items: This requirement is for Gore-Tex clothing. Any equal offered must be clearly identified by brand name, make and model number. Offerors of any equal must also included descriptive literature and any proposed modifications make an_or equal_item conform to specifications. CLIN 0001 Gore-Tex reversible jacket desert camo/night grid in the following sizes and quantities: Small short quantity 6, small regular quantity 3, medium short quantity 10, medium regular quantity 47, medium long quantity 9, large short quantity 3, large regular quantity 95, large long quantity 13, large x-long quantity 1, x-large regular quantity 72, x-large long 20, xxlarge regular quantity 24, xxlarge-long quantity 2. The total quantity of the jackets is 305. CLIN 0002 Gore-Tex reversible pants camo/night grid in the following sizes and quantities: Small short quantity 5, small regular quantity 8, medium short quantity 11, medium regular quantity 58, medium long quantity 15, large short quantity 4, large regular quantity 95, large long quantity 28, large x-long quantity 3, x-large regular quantity 53, x-large long 17, xxlarge regular quantity 3, xxlarge-long quantity 5. The total quantity of the pants is 305. When price quotations are submitted please include delivery time and shipment costs to APO AE 09459.
