Description

This is a sole source requirment to provide Information Technology (IT) systems and software system support services for Special Operations Forces (SOF) weapon systems MC-130E/H (Talon I & II), EC-130H (Compass Call) and AC-130H Gunship. This requirement is for a basic contract period plus four one-year annual option periods. A firm-fixed-price contract will be issued to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, 1011 Lockheed Way, Palmdale, CA 93599. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsive sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the government or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 20 Feb 03. Approximate response date is 12 Mar 03.
