- Amendment 0005 to PRDA 00-03-PRK. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Propulsion Directorate, Power Division (AFRL/PRP) is amending the solicitation for the fourth call requesting proposals for the following topic area ? Power Technology Characterization and Modeling for Air, Space and Weapons Applications. The objective of this topic is the development, demonstration, characterization and modeling of advanced aerospace power technologies; and to assess the impact of these advanced technologies for military systems.
