- Description
- The Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensors Directorate (AFRL/SNJ), Wright Research Site, and the Defense Advanced Research Agency (DARPA) are soliciting research proposals for Phases 2 and 3 to the THOR program. This is an amendment to the Tera Hertz Operational Reachback (THOR) solicitation published on 10 Dec 01. Proposals for this effort are due by no later than 20 Mar 03, 4:00 p.m. local time (EST). The objective of the THOR Program is to provide secure, assured, high data rate and end-to-end communications to airborne, terrestrial, surface, and subsurface warfighters through optical system concepts and technologies.
