- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation F02601-03-Q-0046 is being issued as a request for quotes. (iii) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-11. (iv) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 334220, small business size standard of 750 employees. IAW 8.0001 only GSA contract holders are eligible for award.(v) This will be awarded as two contract line item, 0001 equipment, 0002 training (vi) Please quote to provide the supplies/services as listed: High Speed portable communications system to provide communication capability for a deployed location to include SIPR/NIPR over secure INMARSAT system in accordance with technical specifications (see below) and a quote for Computer based training and a quote for on-site training (vii) FOB Destination, Delivery 90 days ARO (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition.
