- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Business Office, 4101 S. 4th St. Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048 is issuing a solicitation on behalf of the VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201 for the procurement of Mental Health Services. The Mental Health Services shall be provided at three (3) Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Ft. Leonard Wood, MO,; St. James, MO and Lake of the Ozarks, MO area. The requirements are for a Psychologist(s) or Psychiatric Social Worker(s)to provide mental health services (CPT Codes 90806 & 90853) at Ft. Leonard Wood 3 days/week, at St. James and Lake of Ozarks 2 days/week; Tele-psychiatric nurse(s) to provide services at Ft. Leonard Wood and St. James locations only, 4 hours/week in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business participation. The NAICS for the procurement is 621330 and the small business size standard is $5 million. The resulting contract will be for one (1) base year with two (2) option years to renew. Solicitation will be issued o/a 2/20/03 with quotes due o/a 3/14/03. Requests for solicitation shall be in writing. This RFQ is available here for download, or may be emailed to interested vendors.
