- WA RRP-LIPE 101(2), BLACKTAIL MOUNTAIN ROAD, Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge, Stevens County, Washington. The work consists of 13.55 km of grading, drainage, aggregate, and bridge as detailed in the initial notice, posted to FedBizOpps on August 30, 2002. A modification announcing it as a Total HUBZone Set-Aside was posted September 13, 2002. BY ISSUE OF THIS MODIFICATION THREE REVISIONS ARE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS: 1) The revised response date is April 3, 2003. 2) Work shall be completed by November 5, 2003. 3) The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE MARCH 3, 2003. The Invitation for Bid (specifications) and Bidder's Packet will be available in electronic format only, and can be downloaded by accessing FedBizOpps at http://www1.eps.gov/spg/DOT/FHWA/WFL/DTFH70-02-B-00022/listing.html.
