- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a purchase order to Van-Mor,Inc. to build the box portion to the already existing clandestine laboratory enforcement team trailor. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Jutification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Van-More, Inc. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 1, 1994. No solicitation is available. Closing date is March 7, 2003.
