- The U. S. Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory, Pittsburgh PA intends to issued a Sole Souse Purchase Order to EC Electrical Construction Co. 32758 Old Highway 34, SE, Albany OR for the installation of four (4) Square D switch in the Albany Research Center, Albany OR. This company was selected because of their unique experience with the requirements of installing electrical equipment at the Albany Research Facility which gets it power directly from Bonneville Power Administration . This is considered a sole source acquisition no solicitation will be issued. Any interested party may contact Mr. Thomas J. Gruber.
