- The solicitation is hereby modified to explain the changes made by modifications 1 and 2, and to delete paragraph (iv) in its entirety as follows: 1. Modification 1 incorporates the following sentence in paragraph (x): As technical capability and usability tend to equalize, price will become more important. 2. Modification 2 incorporates the following clauses under 52.212-5 paragraph (b): (20) 52.225-5, Trade Agreements,(21) 52.225-13, Restriction on Certain Foreign Purchases 3. Paragraph (iv) is deleted in its entirety. This is not a small business set-aside.
