- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for logistical and administrative support for the NOAA Coastal Management Fellowship program, the Pacific Islands Assistantship program, and the Coral Reef Management Assistantship program. For the fellowship, the contractor will be required to provide fellow support and administration, coordinate state match contributions, serve as a reviewer in the state project and fellow finalist selection, publicize the program, and provide a qualified representative to attend several meetings per year. For the two assistantship programs, the contractor will be required to provide assistance support and administration, develop and implement a recruitment plan, publicize the program, and provide a qualified representative to attend several meetings per year. The anticipated Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract will have a 12-month base period with four, 12-month option periods. The solicitation will be issued approximately 15 days after this synopsis is issued and will be made available electronically at this address: http://www.eps.gov. Only electronic copies of the solicitation will be available. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the solicitation is issued. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing or by fax. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
