- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Carol Moore, PhD, Performance Consulting Group, 95 Middlefield Road, Atherton, CA 94027 for facilitation services to include counseling in support of the Workforce Diversity Council. A 1-year contract with two 1-year priced options is anticipated. Other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 applies. The anticipated award is April 10, 2003. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
