- YPG02323000115 & YPG02323000116, NSN 4920-01-500-6588 & 4920-01-500-6591, Maintenance Kit,Aircraft, in accordance with Fatigue Technology FTTS-586-1-A & FTTS-586-1-B. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies ? Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. These items are commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a base qty of 10 EA for each NSN with option for up to 100% increased qty. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance destination, Q251. Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. Ship to address is Richmond, VA & New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about 18 March, 2003 and close on or about 18 April, 2003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
