- This is a modification changing the Issue Date to February 28, 2003 and the Closing Date to March 31, 2003. PR #: LTC02351006540, NSN 6680-00-795-2641, Shaft Assembly, Flexible, RFP #: SP0440-03-R-1924. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews/804-279-5893. Issue Date: February 19, 2003, Closing Date: March 21, 2003. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 679 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 1,496 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 180 days ARO. Subject item is fully competitive. First Article Testing (Contractor) apply to requirement. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as dscribed in the solicitation.
