- NSN: Engine Block, Diesel Engine. Used in Detroit Diesel Series 8V92 Diesel Engine. Must be "New" OEM, Item,. Remanufactured or Rebuilt items are not authorized under this NSN. NSN 2815-01-113-9311 , I/A/W 72582 P/N 8923317 or 73342 P/N 8923317, 8 Each with 200% Option Quantity of 16 Each. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. NOTE 26 applies to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of March 24, 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 200% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Items will be shipped to destinations within conus. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to subject Request For Proposal, issuance date is as follows: March 24, 2003.
