- Description
- Sources are sought by the 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK to provide recharging and exchanging of SF-6 cylinders with 99.8% sulfurhexafloride liquid and to provide transportation to the 962 AMU at Elmendorf AFB, AK. The requirement is to maintain a quantity of 20 filled SF-6 cylinders at all times. The contractor shall also ensure the requirements of OSHA 1910.134 standard for transporting hazardous materials and applicable federal regulations are met. These services are to be provided on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska in accordance with the following information: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services to provide the services. The government IMPAC card will be the method of payment for this BPA. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not considered to be a commitment by the government. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notification or otherwise pay for information or inquiry. Respondents shall include a statement regarding their certified qualifications and experience to provide the requested recharging and exchange of cylinders. Respondents capable of satisfying the requirements stated herein should respond in writing by 21 Jan 2003 before 1500(3:00PM) AST to SSgt Elizabeth Miller, 3 CONS/LGCB, 10480 22nd Street, Elmendorf AFB, AK 99506-2500.
