- This is a modification to the above solicitation. The NSNs are being considered for addition to the Fairbanks Morse Engine(GoodrichCorp.) Corporate Contract. Companies interested in offering on the listed NSNs, other than authentic Fairbanks Morse parts, please contact Pam Ritch at 614-692-2187. Please note that the final decision will be based on the overall best value to the government and not necessarily the lowest price. The factors other than price include delivery, past performance and quality. All NSNs are available for download via the Internet/World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK.
