- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and is under Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13. This annou ncement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. CONTACT THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST FOR A COPY OF THE MAP. Solicitation No. DABJ13-03-T-0031. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12 and DFARS Change Notice 20021220. The proposed contract is a small business set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees, and the North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 212312. QTY: 50 TONS EA 0004: Riprap 6?x12? to be suitable for use for erosion control for delivery to location 2. QTY: 250 TONS EA 0005: Riprap 12?x18? to be suitable for use for erosion control for delivery to location 2. QTY: 100 TONS EA 0006: Clean Stone 1.5? for delivery to location 2. QTY: 50 TONS EA 0007: Riprap 6?x12? to be suitable for use for erosion control for delivery to location 3. QTY: 200 TONS EA 0008: Clean Stone 1.5? for delivery to location 3. Please include delivery date upon receipt of Order. Contractor shall deliver all items above to Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site 36086 Hwy 350, Model, CO 81059 and c oordinate delivery with DECAM to locations specified on the map and shall be FOB Destination. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the Provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items with their quotation. The following provisions in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/ Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision.
