- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to renew the MathWorks software maintenance subscriptions for MATLAB and associated compilers and toolboxes for license numbers 62554, 63205, 89479, 89775, 92911, 92912, 92913, 92914, 92915, 98723, 108621, 111574, 194493, 194494, 194495, and 198725. The maintenance support is to be provided from March 1, 2003 through February 29, 2004. No Request for Proposals (RFPs) will be issued other than this notice. The following provisions and contract clauses apply to this procurement: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. A contract with the terms FOB Destination is planned with delivery to the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500. All offerors interested in submitting a proposal must fax their proposals with details to MSIC, Donna Tignor, FAX 256-313-7963 or email proposals to Donna Tignor at tigor@msic.dia.mil not later than 1200 noon Central Daylight Savings Time February 24, 2003.
