Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), in St. Augustine, FL., to accomplish Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) on EA-6B aircraft. Along with the SDLM, NGSC will concurrently install required 89A upgrade modification kits, new wing center sections with AFC-805 modification kits, add 2Nd Embedded Global Positioning System and Inertial Navigation System (2nd EGI), Night Vision Devices along with accomplishing associated upgrades to airframes and additional unique repairs as located during the SDLM inspection for no more then nine (9) EA-6B aircraft. Work will commence on the first aircraft on 18 November 2002. All identified work will be accomplished at Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation facility in St. Augustine, FL.
