- Description
- Program 5517-S, CD's From Computer Data Files. Term contract for the period beginning Date of Award through February 29, 2004 with up to four option periods through February 29, 2008. Production of original and one to two duplicate CD's for approximately 246 job orders per year. Requirements include such operations as data and media conversion, inspection of material, development (if required) and inclusion of data retrieval software on each CD, production and inclusion of searchable retrievble indices and fields for each job, mastering (if required), replication of CD's, packaging, labeling, and delivery. Orders issued on a weekly, bi-weekly, three times per month, monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis. 24 to 168 hour production time depending upon the job and the needs of the agency.IMMEDIATELY FAX BID REQUEST ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD TO 312.886.3163. REQUEST BY PROGRAM NUMBER. Cite company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and GPO Contractor's Code, if known. No contractor's code does not preclude bidding. Only one bid request per letter. Separate letters required for each different jacket/program request. Bid specifications will be faxed to the requestor. Bidder must have the actual bid specifications in order to bid.
