Description: The U.S. Government currently occupies 22,391 usf of space in the Community Trust Building , 100 Esat Vine Street, Lexington, KY under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation and upfitting costs. Site offered must be within two blocks of the Federal Courthouse, Lexington, KY. All services, supplies, and utilities are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
