- Description
- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Colorado River Agency, Parker, Arizona, is requesting bids for the supply of steel poles as replacements and for new construction of distribution and transmission lines. The steel power poles will be pre-drilled, class "2"; 30 each, 35 feet long; and 50 each, 40 feet long. The poles must be galvainzed per the specifications, not showing any rust, have tight fitting pole caps, be treated with corrocote or equivalent both inside and outside and on the butt end for a distance of 10% of the pole length, plus 2 feet from the bottom, and have pre-drilled holes in the number and arrangement indicated in the specifications. ISSUE DATE o/a 14 FEB 2003. BID OPENING DATE o/a 13 MARCH 2003. Delivery will be to the Colorado River Agency, Parker Arizona. Contracting Officer's Representative will be Mr. Calvin Laffoon, Materials Handler, Colorado River Agency.
