- NA Federal Supply Class (FSC) 6810, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 424690, Solicitation is unrestricted. Potassium Chlorate, Grade B, Class 7, in accordance with Specification MIL-P-150D dated 19 April 1996. Material to be package d in 250lb drums and drums must be palletized. Quantity: Base Year 0-81,000 lbs, First year, 0-24,000 lbs and second year 0-49,000 lbs. FOB: Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff AR 71602-9500. Delivery time is 60 days after date of award. Approxim ate issue date for this solicitation is February 28, 2003 with a closing date approximately 30 days after issuance.
