Description

NA Replacements for 3 ea Government-owned Wiltron Systems (360B Analyzer, 310A Test Set, 360SS47 Source, and 3650 Calibration Kit) Analyzer will be capable of connecting/mating to Unit Under Test (UUT?s) and be fully capable of performing and passing all req uired tests currently being accomplished using the existing Wiltron Systems. Offeror past performance, trade-in credit for the Government-owned Wiltron systems and the ability use any existing system components will be considered. Frequency Range: 50MHz to 20GHz (Minimum); Dynamic Range: 96 Db or better; Directivity: Minimum of 44 Db; Frequency Resolution: 1kHz or better; Frequency Stability: Minimum of less than 1 x 10-9/day or better; less than 5 x 10-9 over 0deg to plus 55deg C; Data Points:M aximum of 1601; Spurious Response: 35 dBc at maximum rated power; (Non-Harmonics); Spurious Response: 15 dBc at maximum rated power (Harmonics); Display Channels: Minimum of Four Channels; Display: Color LCD; Power Requirements: 110 to 120 VAC 50 to 60 H z; 3.5 mm Calibration Kits and Adapters; one year warranty; on-site start-up and training; maintenance and calibration for an addition 4 year period, technical documentation will include all operator, calibration and service manuals. Analyzer will have exp andable frequency capability to at least 40 GHz. Delivery is 60 days after date of award. Ship to: Tobyhanna Arm Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466Red. NAICS is 334515, SIZE STD: 500 employees. Anticipated issue/closing is 31 Mar 03. Solicitation is conducted un der FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, Full & Open competition. Award can be made only to an offeror that has registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR information is available at http://www.ccr.gov/. This solicitation shall be issued electronically only. Any Amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disc will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102(d).
