- NA The purpose of this modification is to change synopsis LTPO-03 as follows: The sentence 'The contractor will be required to provide work space that is cleared via Army Regulations for the handling and processing of materials classified at the Top Secret le vel and for Special Access Programs' is changed to read 'The contractor will be required to provide work space that is cleared for the handling and processing of materials classified at the Secret and below level. The contractor must also meet National In dustrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements. A final favorable Top Secret Security clearance is required prior to briefing personnel for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. All SCI will be conducted at the AMCOM Special Security Office (SSO) or another Government approved Secured Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF)'.
