- NA 74 Storage Cabinet Sets, FOB Destination, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. This is a full and open combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. These must be Stanley Proto cabinets with delivery as follows: 27 kits no later than (NLT) 4/30/03, 28 kits NLT 8/30/03, and 19 kits NLT 12/30/03. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being request ed and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAAA08-03-T-0186. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 74 cabinet sets. Descriptions for the purchase and attachments are available for downloading a t the following internet site: http://acquisition.army.mil. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The contractor shall provide the company?s standard commercial warranty coverage for all products furnished under this contract. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of provision at 52.212-3 and 252.212-7000; Clause 52.212-4. Contract Terms and Conditions/Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Orders/Commercial Ite ms; Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors/Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation/Commercial Items will be based on price only. Signed and dated offer are due by 27 February 2003, 4:30 pm CST. See Note 1.
