Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/quot es are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # DAHA49-03-T-0045 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334220. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedur es (SAP). CLIN 0001, (6) Each, Brand Name or Equal, Harris Corporation Remote control for AN/PRC-117 Radio, Part Number # RF-3045B. CLIN 0002, (3) Each, Brand Name or Equal, Harris Corporation Power Supply, PN# RF-5051PS-125C. CLIN 0003, (2) Each, Brand Name or Equal, Harris Corporation Breakout Box, PN# 10369-9500-01. CLIN 0004, (3) Each, Brand Name or Equal, Harris Corporation Palm Microphone with Noise Canceling Microphone, PN# RF-294-07. All the subject CLIN's must be compatible with Harris PN# AM/ VRC-103 and PN# PRC-117F. (Fixed Station Radios) These products are to be delivered to the District of Columbia Air National Guard, Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, 20762-5011. Upon receipt and evaluation of all offerors, award will be made to the offeror, which is most advantageous to the government. Parties respo nding to this solicitation may submit their quote in accordance with their standard commercial practices but must include the following information: Print out of their current CCR Registration, discounts for prompt payment, if applicable, delivery date, FO B point, and Warranty Information. The government intends to make award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government considering price and other best value considerations.
