Description

NA The Defense Contracting Command - Washington (DCC-W), Health Affairs Division, on the behalf of the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), currently intends to enter into a sole source contract with Oracle Corporation, to purchase a software license for Oracle Healthcare Transaction Base (HTB) Software, a module of Oracle 11i, in order to meet the Military Health System Enterprise Wide Provider Database (EPWD) requirements for the Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS), including close integr ation and potential migration to the Defense Medical Human Resources System ? Internet (DMHRSi), a COTS implementation of the Oracle 11i e-Business suite for Human Resource Management. The HTB software is required for the migration of the CCQAS and deli very of an EWPD sufficient to support a robust set of Privilege Management capabilities, converge with the DMHRSi architecture, and be consistent with current targets for the MHS enterprise architecture. The HTB software meets all these requirements. Inc luded in this purchase is product support and update subscription service for one year.
