Description

NA Offer Due Date: 28 February 3:00 PM CST. Estimated Award Date 7 Mar 03. Item 0001: Crushed Limestone for Road base, TXDOT Specification Type A, Class 2, Approximately 7,082 tons. Delivered to Combat Assault Landing Strip on the North side of Camp Bullis, Texas approximately 10 miles north of the Camp Bullis entry gate. Contr actor shall provide and deliver product using bottom dump or live bottom system type equipment. Contractor shall provide a list of driver?s names with drivers license numbers and vehicle license plate numbers that will be used for delivery to the ITAM Off ice, Camp Bullis, Texas. This must be done prior to delivery. Contractor shall provide a ticket of delivery with amount of tons delivered for each truckload. The duration of the contract shall not exceed 30 days from receipt of award. Delivery to be ac complished from 0730-1630, Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The Contractor will provide a Bill of Materials upon delivery. Contractor shall comply with all Camp Bullis and OSHA Safety Regulations as applicable. Contractor shall be responsible for the a ctions of its employees and for any damages to Government property. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared according to the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued. Offers are being requested and there will be no other written solicitation issued. Responses should reference Request for Quotation Number DABK33-03-T-0017. This synopsis/solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-02. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The recommended North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 2123 12 with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees.
