- NA Contractor shall maintain, install and repair Government owned washers and dryers located at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools and miscellaneous maintenance/repair materials in connection with installing, re placing, relocating, maintaining and repairing Government furnished washers and dryers located in various buildings. The Contractor shall provide all necessary electrical wires, plugs, plumbing fixtures, venting devices and other necessary fixtures extendi ng from the washers and dryers to effect safe and efficient hookups with the building electrical outlets, drainage pipes and vents. Contractor shall pick up service orders at 8:00 a.m, Monday through Friday and report to project inspector. All work require d shall be completed within 24 hours after requirement is received. Contractor shall maintain a stock of readily available installation and replacement parts for the various types of washers and dryers provided under this project (i.e. hoses, lint screens, sfety switches, controls, pumps, etc.). NAICS: 811412; size std. $6.mil. Projected solicitation date is 13 February 2003. Estimated closing date is 27 February 2003. Period of performance is 1 April 2003 through 31 March 2004 with possible options. All re sponsible small business sources may submit a bid.
