NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0315. CLIN 0001 Model 101E Recorder/Reproducer, heads,600KHZ/80/Khz @ips, 1 inch X 14 inch Empty Reel, Operator/maintenance manual w/the following PN SHNWLCSM (QTY 2) CLIN 0002 FM Record Amp IB/WBI, PN CC (QTY 64); CLIN 0003 FM Reproduce Amp IB/WBI All Speed, PN LB (QTY 2); CLIN 0004 Communication Interface IEEE/RS232, PN SP (QTY 2); CLIN 0005 Frequency measurements module, PN HM (QTY 2); CLIN 0006 Reamble switch module, PN TM (QTY 2) Requisition Number W81C5M-3030-0001. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Origin. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instr uctions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are Price and Past Performance and less important than price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Te rms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
