- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source Purchase Order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Trek Diagnostic Systems, Inc, the manufacturer. Requirement description is as follows: Basic contract year plus 4 one-year options for factory-trained technician(s), all labor, tools, equipment, materials, software upgrades upon availability, and transportation necessary to provide preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Interested parties may identify qualifications and capability to meet this requirement description. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by 14 Feb 03, rendering evidence of a comparable source that is more advantageous than the intended source, a sole source award will be made to Trek Diagnostic Systems, Inc. Note 22.
