- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Atlanta, Georgia, VISN 7, requires services to furnish labor, parts, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance, emergency service and periodic preventive maintenance (PM) inspections for Hologic QDR4500A Bone Densitometry System EE34359, SN: 45695ACE, including (a) Hewlett Packard 300 Computer EE34360, SN: ZSP83410043, (b) Hewlett Packard LaserJet 6P Printer EE34361, SN: USCDB8384, (c) Viewsonic G771 Display EE34362, SN: LX80303190 and (d) all associated system components. This equipment is located at VAMC, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033 for the basic period April 1, 2003 and four (4) option years. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 811219 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The solicitation will be issued on 18 February 2003. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAX requests will be accepted at 706-481-6741.
