- Description
- The U.S. Department of State intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with GELCO Information Network GSD, Inc., 1860 Michael Faraday Drive, Suite 150, Reston, VA 20190 under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for upgrade, licenses and maintenance of Travel Manager software and to provide expert consulting services. Contract period will be for a base year with four (4) one year option renewal. The proposed contract action is for software and services to be issued off the vendor GSA Federal Supply Schedule. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contract Specialist by February 21, 2003, 2:30 Eastern Standard Time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Price data, including GSA schedule, if applicable, should be included. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. However, information received will be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted by FAX 703-875-6085 or email.
