- DESCRIPTION: SWITCH, SENSITIVE, NSN: 5930-01-199-8853, Approved Source: (34623) P/N: 12339494, AND (81901) P/N: E1002-501 IAW (19207) 12339494. There are no drawings/specification available. The set-aside type for this purchase is UNRESTRICTED. Any alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and the alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 350 ? 499, 500 ? 749, 750-999, 1000-1249, 1250-1499, AND 1500-1749. There is a surge requirement for this item, 332 EA IN 30 DAYS, 311 EA IN 60 DAYS, AND 322 EA IN 90 DAYS. Delivery is to be 250 ea. within 120 days, with 100 ea. delivered every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed three (3) years. Indefinite Quantity contract anticipated (1 yr. Basic/365 days), 2 ? one year options (730 days).
