- PR No. IQC02339009080, NSN 5996-00-070-3657, Amplifier, Radio Frequency 10138 100895 REV P DD. First Article Testing requirement. Waived sources (10138) Astronautics Corp of America and (21856) Centroid, Inc. F.O.B. Destination. Government Source Inspection. See clauses F09 and F11c of the solicitation for delivery time requirements. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various increments solicited: 50 thru 99, 100 thru 149, 150 thru 249, 250 thru 349, 350 thru 449, 450 thru 475. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is expected to result in a 12-month Indefinite Quantity Type Copntract, with four (4) 12-month option periods. Multiple awards may be issued. See notes 1, 9, 23, and 26. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/RFP on its issue date of 2/21/03. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision wuill be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation
