Description

The term of this contract is for the period beginning April 1, 2003 through March 31, 2004. THIS IS A MULTIPLE AWARD TERM CONTRACT. These specifications cover the transcribing and duplication of various IRS products requiring such operations as printing cover page 1 and CD labeling in black ink, transcribing, Braille page duplication, electronic media, binding, packing, and distribution. Approximately 322 total products will be required (approximately 1 to 2500 ?print? pages per print order). Approximately 2 to 325 copies per order. Approximately 2 to 400 pages/covers per order. Government to furnish: Electronic files in MSWord, Adobe pdf., text, SGML, or XML. Common graphics. Printed document. IRS Logo. Furnished material will be sent by ftp (97% of the orders) or furnished f.o.b. contractor?s plant (7% of the orders). Mail f.o.b. destination by IRS small package carrier account. Production time 14 or 30 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
