- The Regional Supply Office Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA is issuing a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required material under RFQ N60191-03-Q-0005, a subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. Acquisition Department at NAS Oceana intends to purchase this material using BOA # N00189-02-G-0930.
