- Base year with four options to provide Dental Hygienist services for the Federal Medical Center, Rochester,Minnesota. Services include but are not limited to: evaluation and diagnosis of peridontal disease, exposting radiographs, scaling etc. Includes evaluation factors, technical comprises 60% which includes education, professional qualifications and past performance. Price comprises 40%. Estimated 900 hourly sessions for the base year and 1040 for each option year. All information will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. No hard copies will be issued.
