Description

Passenger and baggage processing and related services at Hartsfield-Atlanta International Airport, Atlanta Georgia. This acquisition will be a full and open competitive procurement. Performance will be from 01 April 2003 through 30 September 2003. There will also be Four Option years and an Award Option; for a possible 9.5 year contract. The Award Option will consist of additional performance periods of five, one-year options. To earn this additional performance period, the contractor will have to receive an overall "Excellent" performace rating. Any additional options awarded would be exercised one year at a time, for up to five years, at the discretion of the government. Contractor will likewise be required to furnish counter and office space as part of Contractor Furnished Facilities. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. Numbered Note 26 applies.
