- This project is a Request for Proposal for dental services for the students at the Angell Civilian Conservation Center, Lincoln County, Yachats, Oregon. The Job Corps provides young adults the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employment upon graduation. The dentist shall provide dental services at the Center approximately one day per week. Dentist shall meet Oregon state licensing, and professional qualification requirements. Contract shall be for a base year and four (4) possible option years. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. See Note 1, 100% small business set-aside.
