- Description
- Contractor shall provide all management, equipment, operating equipment, labor, materials, and supplies to operate full service cafeteria at the Leo O'Brien Federal Building, Albany NY. Building population approximately 450. Operation includes full breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, and afternoon coffee break. Operation to include grill, hot entree, deli, salad bar, full breakfast. Estimated average daily sales of 675 dollars. Average daily patronage of 150 persons. Government receives payment -in lieu of rent of 1-1/2 percent. Government contemplates 5 year base contract with 2 five year options. Quotations will be considered from all responsible sources. RFQ will be issued in paper form or by email. No posting will be made on GPE. All requests for copies of the RFQ must be submitted to Charlie.barr@gsa.gov no later than COB January 13, 2003. Responses to RFQ due at 3:00 PM Friday Janaury 31, 2003. All questions regarding RFQ must be submitted by e-mail to charlie.barr@gsa.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
