- Description
- This is for continuation of an automated system to continuously scan publicly accessible areas of the Internet and retrieve data evidencing violations of the federal securities laws. Negotiation will be conducted with Science Application International Corporation (SAIC) Vienna, VA the only known source proprietary software and assembled hardware specifically for this project?s software specifications. The government contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract with four one year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
